PUNTA – The choice of successful companies
Verkkokauppa.com opened a bank of 212 click & collect lockers in its shop located in the Jätkäsaari quarter of Helsinki on September 5, 2022. Now customers can come and collect their orders during shop opening hours. The solution was developed in collaboration between Posti, Verkkokauppa.com and Punta.
The growing popularity of online shopping for food and consumer goods has placed new demands on the customer service and logistics of retail chains. Osuuskauppa Keskimaa wanted to meet these challenges by implementing Punta’s innovative solutions that offer efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Helsinki Outlet has taken a major step forward by implementing Punta’s advanced Click & Collect solution. This unique system, one of the first of its kind in Finland, enables users to pick up items ordered from multiple brands in one smart locker, offering significant benefits to customers and staff.
Punta’s smart locker solution for incoming mail was first introduced at Posti headquarters located on Postintaival in Helsinki. After piloting, a solution was made to order for the Technopolis campus.
Building, constructing and maintenance support providing full service renting partner Cramo Finland Oy launched a pilot for 24/7-serving smart renting and lending locker at Jätkäsaari Helsinki. The locker operates right next to Cramos service point at Jätkäsaari. Rental machines and tools are needed outside of the regular working hours.
Akaa health care center has two PUNTA Click & Collect Lockers, from where customers can pick-up deliveries using a PIN-code sent to them by email or text message.
